As QHSE manager you are a member of the local management team and part of the international quality team (matrix organization). You are responsible for the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management, which includes implementing and maintaining the local QHSE management system and ensure its effectiveness. With your leadership and expertise you will work in a collaborative way closely with other departments, particularly production, R&D, sales and service in a challenging and versatile position. In addition, you promote awareness about and support for QHSE within the organization locally and international. Your main responsibilities:You will drive the mindset of the organization on QHSE topics. Concretely, You will lead and motivate the quality and service & repair departments and proactively support customers and our sales organizations in case of escalation cases and critical repair & services activities. As a QHSE manage you also monitor and manage KPI’s. You will lead and coordinate audits (internal and external) and define, implement and evaluate corrective and preventive actions. Next to that you support process owners to maintain their process and associated management systems.
